Your child's sleep plan, built on my method, ready when you are.

I am Selina, a pediatric sleep coach, a newborn care specialist, and a mom of two. For years I have built personalized sleep plans for the families I coach, one child at a time. This plan is how I share that same method with families who want to do it themselves.

You answer a short set of questions about your child. Your answers build a plan around your child's age, your feeding goals, and the settling approach that fits your comfort level. You receive a full plan as a PDF you can keep, plus a phone friendly version made for 2 AM wakings, when you need your next step fast and one handed.

What is inside your plan

For a newborn, under 16 weeks

  • Your daily rhythm, built on your baby's wake windows and the wake time you choose.
  • My newborn shaping method, Cribside Comfort, explained step by step, with all the hands on help your baby needs from you.
  • Feeding expectations that keep every feed on demand, day and night.
  • Your first days of practice, step by step, and what to expect as you slowly do less.
  • What to do about short naps, growth spurts, and sickness.

For one baby in a crib

  • Your daily schedule, built on the wake time you choose.
  • The settling approach that matches how you feel about crying, with a second approach included in full.
  • A gentle night feeding plan that protects feeding first and weans only when your baby is ready.
  • Your first three nights, step by step.
  • What to do about early wakings, short naps, sickness, and teething.

For a toddler, 13 to 24 months:

  • Your daily schedule, built on the wake time you choose, with the move from two naps to one handled step by step.
  • The settling approach you pick for this age: timed checks with pick ups, or presence fading, where you stay close and your spot in the room slowly moves farther away; after about 18 months, presence fading leads.
  • A clear position on night feeds, stated in full: none at night at this age, and if any are still happening, they end all at once, with your first nights written and done.
  • Scripted closing phrases for bedtime, naps, and the night, and a sticker chart that celebrates every morning, with a gift waiting at the end of the journey.
  • What to do about early wakings, short naps, tantrums, sickness, and teething.

For a 2 to 3 year old:

  • Your daily schedule, built on the wake time you choose, with one midday nap cut off in time to protect the night, and a no nap version of the day included for when the nap starts to slip.
  • Presence fading with clear boundaries: your child moves your chair or pillow farther from the bed every few nights, with walk backs when they get up, door holds when the walk backs are not enough, closing phrases, and a sticker chart with a gift at the end.
  • Real help for fears, where they are part of the picture: monster spray in the bedtime routine, a night light, and a room set up to feel safe.
  • Your first nights, step by step, across the full process of about ten to fourteen days, until you are out of the room.
  • What to do about early wakings, sickness, tantrums, and the nights the boundaries get tested.

For a 3 to 5 year old:

  • Quiet time built step by step, starting at ten minutes and growing by five minutes a day toward forty five minutes to a full hour where the nap has dropped, or a short nap with a firm cut off where it has not.
  • The same clear boundaries, carried up: presence fading with your child moving your chair or pillow, walk backs, door holds, closing phrases, and a sticker chart with a gift at the end.
  • A night of ten to eleven hours, with bedtime worked out from the wake time you choose and pulled earlier on no nap days.
  • Your first days and nights, step by step, for quiet time and bedtime together.
  • What to do about early wakings, sickness, bedtime stalling, and fears of the dark or monsters.

For twins

  • One shared daily schedule for both babies, built on the wake time you choose.
  • The settling approach that matches how you feel about crying, with a second approach included in full, and clear guidance for settling two babies at once.
  • A gentle night feeding plan for both babies, with their feeds brought onto one shared feed and weaned only when they are ready.
  • Your first three nights, step by step, with a backup plan to separate the twins for a few nights if one of them is struggling.
  • What to do about early wakings, short naps, sickness, and teething, with twin tips woven through the whole plan.

For a floor bed

  • Your daily schedule, built on the wake time you choose.
  • The Pillow Method, my floor bed settling approach, explained in full, step by step.
  • A gentle night feeding plan that protects feeding first and weans only when your baby is ready.
  • Your first three nights, step by step, and how your spot in the room moves farther from the bed over the following nights.
  • What to do about early wakings, short naps, sickness, and teething.

Who this is for

This plan is for children from their very first weeks through 5 years old. Newborns under 16 weeks receive a gentle shaping plan, with lots of hands on support from you, feeds on demand, and no sleep training at all, plus clear guidance for the switch to independent sleep between 4 and 6 months. From 4 months on, your child receives a full sleep plan built for their age and their sleep space, a crib, a toddler bed, or a floor bed, and twins are always planned together on one shared schedule.

The toddler and preschool years are covered too, through the move from two naps to one and then on to quiet time, the boundary testing years, and fears of the dark, with settling methods that grow up with your child.

If your family is outside that for now, with triplets or more, a child over 5 years old, a sleep space outside the ones above, or a health concern that needs your child's own doctor's guidance first, the questionnaire will tell you honestly, and because no plan can be delivered in those cases, your purchase is refunded in full.

Price: $79.99, one payment.

If you later decide you want me beside you through it, the full price of this plan comes off Basic or Comprehensive coaching when you book within 21 days of receiving this plan. And if one specific problem has you stuck, the SOS Call is there for that.

A note on how it is made

Every sleep plan I write follows the same careful way of thinking, and that thinking is built into this plan creator. It is trained on all of my methods, my teachings, and the sleep plans I have written, and it works through your answers the way I would, so the plan created for your child carries my judgment from the first page to the last.

This plan is made for your family alone, to use with your own child or twins, and it is not for use in a classroom, a daycare, or any other professional setting. If your work is caring for other people's children, I would love to talk with you about options made for professional use.
